KS2 Trip to Caerleon
Key Stage Two

KS2 had an early start and an exciting day out on Monday 15 May. They travelled across the channel to South Wales to visit the Roman fortress town of Caerleon, formally Isca. The children looked round the amphitheatre, the barracks and explored the baths and museum in a busy day, as part of their Roman topic. They enjoyed dressing up as a Roman soldier and finding out lots about the history of this fascinating site.
